The Implementation phase is where the project is made into a reality through use of the guidelines and specifications refined in the approval phase. When the Implementation phase is completed, the project is passed to the Confirmation phase. During this stage of the process, the members of the assigned group will review the project and make sure all of the specifications were reached. This is the quality control phase. If the project does not pass, it is sent back to previous stages to make sure it is carried out properly.
